We are a unique internet retailer specializing in high quality, authentic women’s apparel and accessories.

Can I find your items at the designer's website

Designer's websites are the first portal used by them to sell their new products as soon as they come out.  As a rule, once an item is no longer being sold exclusively by the designer, and becomes available to other retailers, then it is almost never available at their websites.  Therefore, most items we sell are not found on the designer's website.  They are however found on sites such as ours and other major department stores.

How can you sell at these great prices?

We purchase all of our merchandise directly from the manufactures of the items or their authorized dealers including retail stores. We take advantage of buying in large quantities and at times of sales to pass that savings on to you. We compile a list of everything we buy and present it to you here. We pass the savings to you and in turn get paid for shopping for you.

Do you sell knockoffs or “designer-inspired” products?

We sell only authentic merchandise. The sale of counterfeit merchandise is illegal and we strongly oppose this practice. We also believe that the sale of “designer-inspired” merchandise is another form of stealing from those designers and companies that invest heavily in designing and producing their merchandise.

How much will it cost to ship to me?

We offer reduced shipping rates to all or our customers. Our contracts with the our shipping carriers enable us to offer you very reduced shipping fees. We calculate shipping based on weight and the location where the item will be sent to.  We also offer combined shipping fees drastically reducing the total fees to you.  To determine the cost of shipping, simply add your items to the shopping cart.  The system will then calculate the shipping fees to you based on where you live.  We do not make any profits on shipping fees.

Do you sell seconds?

We do not sell seconds. All of our merchandise is not only first class but must meet our quality standards. When you purchase a product from us you can rest assured that every product you buy from us is:

  • Authentic. We only sell authentic merchandise. We personally buy everything we sell. We do not purchase from third parties and as such we guarantee that everything we sell is 100% authentic.
  • New and First-Rate Condition. All of our products are guaranteed to be new and first quality. Our quality standards are second to none. Each item is inspected by us and must pass our quality controls.
  • As described. If you find that the item does not meet the description, return it to us for a full refund. Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied.

Are you an authorized reseller for the brands you sell?

Cristian Valentino specializes in acquiring products from major designers at reduced cost.  We take advantage of annual events and purchase in bulk, then pass those savings on to you.  While we are not authorized resellers or distributors, nor are we affiliated with the makers of the product we sell, we do purchase directly from them, their wholesalers or distributors. We also purchase overstock merchandise from major department stores and other retailers, and deal only in authentic, name-brand merchandise.  Because we are not restricted by manufacturer's reseller agreements, we are able to offer products at substantially reduced prices.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Paypal

Do I have to create an account in your store?

We take your information very seriously and have implemented safeguards such as SSL encryption and HackerSafe technology to make certain your information does not fall in the wrong hands. In order for us to properly calculate shipping and to process your order, we do need you to create an account or call us to process your order.  By creating an account with us, you will have access to coupons we send to our clients from time to time.  If you would prefer to get no emails from us, you simply can create the account and not click on the subscription check box.

Can I buy from you if I live outside of the United States?

Yes, we can ship internationally. All international orders will be process within five(5) business days of cleared payment.  You are responsible for taxes paid in your country.  We will not mark international shipments as gift or reduce the value of the item as it is against the law.  Due to the increase of credit card fraud, we reserve the right to cancel any transaction and refund your money.  All sales are final for International Destinations.

Please provide us with the exact address and specific instructions, in a separate email, and provide us with a local phone number as it is required to complete custom forms.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Unless your purchase is shipping to a Vermont address, you do not need to pay sales tax.

Since we are a Vermont company, we are obligated to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to a Vermont address.

Do you accept any returns?

Your satisfaction is our number one priority! If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us. We will do everything in our power to make it right. Be sure to open and inspect all packages immediately upon receipt. We must be notified within 15 days of your receipt if any item is damaged, defective, or missing parts.

Please email us at webreturns@CristianValentino.com as soon as you notice the problem. Failure to contact us may void your right to return your item. If the package appears to be slightly damaged during transit, we encourage you to write “Package Arrived Damaged” on the slip when you receive your order. We suggest that you refuse the item if the package is severely damaged as your item is probably damaged as well. Please let us know if this happens so we can help you resolve the situation.

We want you to be happy with your purchase! We offer our customers 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you decide that you don't want your item and would like a refund or an exchange, please contact us within 15 days from the date you receive your item to obtain an RMA number. Be sure to keep all off your packaging as you will need the original boxes to return your item.  For non-defective returns, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. The item must arrive at our facilities in the same condition as we sent it to you, not worn and tags still attached to qualify for a return. See our store policies for further details.
