do not send us credit card
information over an email.
Please note that e-mail is not encrypted and is not considered to be a secure means of transmitting credit card information.
All credit card numbers are stored briefly in an encrypted manner in our databases and are purged from our systems on a daily basis.
If you do not feel comfortable entering credit card information online, we will be happy to process your payment over the phone. Please call

Please include the following information in your fax: Type of credit card, name as it appears on your card, expiration date, credit card number and security number usually located on the back of the card near the signature or right above the credit card number. If your shipping address is different than your billing address please include the billing address as well.
Order Processing Times
Our goal is to make your shopping experience an excellent one. As soon as your payment is processed we begin processing your order. All items currently ship from our main warehouse in
Winooski, Vermont.
We strive to ship all orders
within one to three business days after they are placed.*
We do observe all US legal
holidays.
*While we strive to maintain this level of service, during periods of high order volume your order may take an additional one to two days to ship.
Additional delays may be
applied to certain
international orders or
orders which are flagged by
our payment processor as
high-risk or suspicious.

Should you prefer expedited shipping, we also offer several FedEx Express shipping options.
All domestic orders are
shipped using FedEx.
Unfortunately, we are not
able to ship to PO Boxes
within the US. When you checkout, you will be given all of the shipping options available for your location based on the merchandise you are purchasing. You can choose the shipping method that best meets your needs.
Please make sure that you
give us detailed special
shipping instructions for
the delivery company.

related to deliveries to
work addresses and or
apartment complexes.
You are responsible for
making sure that we have all
the information needed to
safeguard your packages.
All international orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail. Certain items we sell may be prohibited to ship to your country. We reserve the right to NOT ship to a particular international destination, cancel your order and refund any monies paid without reason.
Due to the added customs
forms needed to ship to
International Destinations,
all International shipments
are processed 5 days
after cleared payment is
received. Additional
order holds may be placed at
our discretion for payments
which are flagged by our
payment processor as
suspicious or high-risk. All items
will be shipped with an
invoice reflecting their
correct value
as required by federal law. You are
responsible for taxes that
may need to be paid in your
country. We will not
mark items as "gift" or
enter a lower value.

countries in the world, we
do not ship to China and
Hong Kong. We reserve
the rights to add countries
to this list without any
notice.
Sales Tax - Vermont
Residents Only
Non Vermont residents
do not pay taxes when
ordering through us.
We are a Vermont company and are obligated to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to a
Vermont address. If you are a
Vermont Resident, 6% sales tax will automatically be added to your order.
Shipping fees are not
taxable.
Returns - No Restocking

Your satisfaction is our number one priority! If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us. We will do everything in our power to make it right. Be sure to open and inspect all packages immediately upon receipt! Cristian Valentino must be notified within
15 days of your receipt if any item is damaged, defective, or missing parts.

as soon as you notice the problem. You should also notify the carrier immediately of the problem if the exterior packaging appears damaged in any way.
If you decide that you don’t want your item and would like a refund
or an exchange, please contact us. Be sure to keep all off your
packaging as you will need the original boxes to return your item.
The item must arrive at our facilities in the same condition as we
sent it to you, not worn, and tags still attached to qualify for a return/exchange.
The return must be
requested within 7 days of
receipt of the item and
the item must be received by
us within 10 business days
of issuing an RMA number. If you would like a refund,
you will be refunded your
purchase price, less shipping less 7.50 USD processing fee. In
the event that you purchased
your item during a free
shipping sales event, we
will deduct shipping cost
(this cost is normally under
10.00 USD). If you are
exchanging your purchase for
another item, we will reduce
the processing fee to 2.50.
If your item
arrives defective, you can return it for an exchange or for a full
refund including shipping at our discretion. All returns must first be pre-approved by
us. Please send your request to webreturns@CristianValentino.com and request an RMA number and shipping instructions.
Please note: All international sales are final - no returns
are allowed on items shipped outside of the United States.
